Sourcing FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?

In-stock designs generally have no minimum order quantity. For out-of-stock designs or custom orders, the minimum order quantity is 1,500 pieces.

Can I request samples?

We generally provide 1–2 sample pieces free of charge; customers cover the shipping cost. Pricing for larger sample quantities is agreed separately.

What is your lead time?

In-stock products are generally dispatched within one week. Out-of-stock products generally have a lead time of 20–30 days. Transit time is additional. Please confirm the schedule for your selected products when ordering.

What packaging options do you offer?

Our standard packaging is an OPP bag with a backing card, with 10 pieces per pack. Custom packaging and other options, including display boxes, are available. Discuss your packaging requirements with our team.
